As process servers, our role is to notify an opposing party of pending litigation in a timely manner, allowing them a reasonable timeframe in which to respond. Our process servers have a breadth of experience and are confident in handling any situation, including potentially evasive and/or aggressive parties. They are knowledgeable and prepared to offer advice should any challenges arise. We treat each file with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and organization. We value clear communication with our clients and will promptly keep you informed as to the status of your file. Our process servers also keep detailed notes for each file. Those details are available upon request at no extra cost.
Our area of service covers Squamish through Chilliwack and the Lower Mainland in between. Areas outside of this (i.e., Whistler, Pemberton) are available by special request.
Our billing is laid out in a clear, concise manner so that there is no question as to what the costs are. We offer discounts based on volume of business. The volume discounts are based on a three-month average, so a slow month will not negatively impact your discount rate. One thing that sets Swift Wing apart is that we only charge one way for mileage. Our regular service rate includes three attempts at service. Our average turn-around time is approximately two weeks, and we also offer rush service for urgent files.
